Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, our policy is outlined below in accordance with South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) requirements.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 7 days of receiving them if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • It is not a custom or personalised piece

  • You have proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made jewellery

  • Engraved items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Provide clear photos

  • We will repair, replace, or refund the item as required by the CPA

3. Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the fault is ours

4. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered if the requested item is in stock. If not, a refund will be provided.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
