We ship orders throughout South Africa using reputable courier partners.
Estimated delivery times:

Outlying/remote areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, peak seasons, or factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched:

You will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.

Tracking information may take a few hours to update on the courier’s system.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

7. Signature on Delivery
Couriers may require a signature or OTP for delivery.
If no one is available, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you directly.
